With today's high-profile Byron Review in the UK, looking at children's use of the internet and games, I thought it would be instructive to look back through this blog's archives, and pick out some of the new virtual worlds and MMOs that have been announced this year, targeting teens and tweens. It's not an exhaustive list - just the ones we've covered - but the fact that there are 13 - not far off one a week - shows how this area is exploding.
