With the Habbo Hotel theft fresh in the memory, it's a good time for the Harvard Extension School to be offering a virtual law course, covering all the legal implications and challenges thrown up by virtual worlds. It's being taught by Rebeca Nesson, and they're also being held within Second Life on Berkman Island. Classes are on Monday evenings from 8pm-10pm EST, and tonight's is called 'The Boundaries of Code - Governance, and Law in Virtual Worlds'.
