SL Shakespeare Company gets set for Hamlet in Second Life

shakespeare-secondlife.jpg The idea of transferring theatrical productions from real-world stages to virtual worlds is rich with potential, and doubtless many people have tried it already. However, a high-profile new venture will see the SL Shakespeare Company put on Hamlet within Second Life, using real-time motion capture technology for the performance, in a virtual replica of London's Globe Theatre.
